CMUNCE XXV will be held on Columbia’s Morningside Heights Campus from January 15th to 18th, 2026. CMUNCE is open to delegates currently enrolled in a high school/secondary school. Delegates may attend with a delegation or as an Independent Delegate.
CMUNCE XXV registration is now open HERE or at https://events.columbia.edu/go/CMUNCEXXV. Registration is on a rolling basis until it closes at 11:59 pm ET on Monday, October 27th, 2025 or until we reach conference capacity.

CONFERENCE FEES
Below are the registration fees (including all committee and programming initiatives; excluding housing, travel and food).
Per Delegate Fee: $100.00
Independent Delegate Fee: $125.00
Delegation Fee: $75.00
Per Advisor Fee: $40.00
For example, if you wish to bring 12 delegates and one advisor to CMUNCE, your total invoice will be $1315.00 (12 Per Delegate Fee, 1 Delegation fee, 1 Per Advisor Fee).
In an effort to make the conference more accessible, CMUNCE does not allow for delegations consisting of more than 30 delegates.
Independent Delegates do not have to pay the Delegation Fee and will compete under their own name, not the name of their school. Independent Delegates must bring at least one Advisor/chaperone.
Mission Visits tickets are an additional $20.00 per delegate (advisors do not need tickets). At CMUNCE XXIV, delegations will have the unique opportunity to visit a Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Lower Manhattan, near the UN Headquarters.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Fill out the registration form after 10:00 am ET on September 29th, 2025. Once you have completed the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email that will include a payment link. Complete registration is contingent upon full payment of your balance, due by 11:59 pm on Friday, November 7th, 2025. Please note that it is highly encouraged to pay by credit card.
If the payment will be paid by credit card, you may complete that payment through our payment link. There is NO processing fee when paying by this method.
If the payment will be paid by a check or wire transfer, we will send you an invoice and wire transfer and check information. We will incur a 5% processing fee for all payments made through this method. Payment must be postmarked by Friday, November 7th, 2025. Failure to complete payment by November 7th will incur a late fee of $100.
Within a week advisors will receive a confirmation email.
Drop delegates by 11:59 pm ET on Friday, October 31st, 2025 for a full refund.
Drop delegates by 11:59 pm ET on Friday, November 14th, 2025 for a half refund.
In early November, advisors will receive an invitation to the MyMun platform. All delegates must be added through the MyMun platform and complete code of conduct and liability forms.
Committee assignments will be released on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025.
Committee assignments are due on Monday, December 8th, 2025.
