CMUNCE XXIV will be held on Columbia’s Morningside Heights Campus from January 16th to 19th, 2025. CMUNCE is open to delegates currently enrolled in a high school/secondary school. Delegates may attend with a delegation or as an Independent Delegate.

CONFERENCE FEES
Below are the registration fees (including all committee and programming initiatives; excluding housing, travel and food).
Per Delegate Fee: $100.00
Independent Delegate Fee: $125.00
Delegation Fee: $75.00
Per Advisor Fee: $40.00
For example, if you wish to bring 12 delegates and one advisor to CMUNCE, your total invoice will be $1315.00 (12 Per Delegate Fee, 1 Delegation fee, 1 Per Advisor Fee).
In an effort to make the conference more accessible, CMUNCE does not allow for delegations consisting of more than 30 delegates.
Independent Delegates do not have to pay the Delegation Fee and will compete under their own name, not the name of their school. Independent Delegates must bring at least one Advisor/chaperone.
Mission Visits tickets are an additional $15.00 per delegate (advisors do not need tickets). At CMUNCE XXIII, delegations will have the unique opportunity to visit a Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Lower Manhattan, near the UN Headquarters.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Fill our the registration form above after 9:00 am ET on September 18th, 2023.
Within a week advisors will receive a confirmation email which will include the invoice and the required Code of Conduct and Liability Waivers. The invoice may be paid by check, wire transfer, or card through Eventbrite.
If the invoice will be paid by a check or wire transfer, we will send you an invoice, and the payment must be postmarked by November 3rd, 2023. Failure to complete payment by November 3rd will incur a late fee of $100.
If the invoice will be paid by credit card, you may complete that payment through our Eventbrite link which will be included in the invoice. Please note that an additional 8.18% Eventbrite fee will be added for all card payments. Failure to complete payment by November 3rd will will incur a late fee of $100.
Drop delegates by 11:59 pm ET on October 26th, 2023 for a full refund (excluding the nonrefundable Eventbrite fee).
Drop delegates by 11:59 pm ET on November 10th, 2023 for a half refund (excluding the nonrefundable Eventbrite fee).
Committee assignments will be released on November 20th, 2023.
Committee assignments are due on December 8th, 2023.
