Fall of the Qing Dynasty
CRISIS COMMITTEE
The Fall of the Qing Empire focuses on preventing a revolution. After a series of conflicts, the Qing Empire faces more criticism than ever. From the opium wars to the Sino-Japanese war, the Qing has lost their global power and standing, becoming a shell of what it once was. With an increase in anti-Qing sentiment, it appears the end of the Qing is near. Many secret societies have propped up and failed, but after a bomb exploded on October 9th, 1911, the revolutionaries had their first success. Wuchang has fallen, and it appears other provinces will follow suit. As delegates, this committee is focusing on reforming the Qing Empire and restoring China to its once formal glory.
