We are pleased to announce that CMUNCE has secured a hotel block with discounted rates for delegations at the InterContinental New York Times Square (300 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036) for Thursday (January 14th, 2027), Friday (January 15th, 2027) and Saturday (January 16th, 2027) nights of the conference. You may check in on Thursday, January 14th, and must checkout by Sunday, January 17th.
It is highly recommended for delegations to stay at the InterContinental as it is the official partner hotel of the conference and a Midnight Crisis session will be hosted at this venue. We will provide a dedicated CMUNCE booking link once it becomes available.

Our Secretariat has been working through Columbia travel services and administration to secure the best rate for our delegations. We urge delegations to make their reservations when they register for CMUNCE. Rooms must be booked before 5:00 PM EST on December 1st, 2026 to guarantee our discounted rates.

The InterContinental is conveniently located near Times Square and is a two minute walk from the 1 train, which will take you directly to Columbia University! All rooms are equipped with free wifi and guests have complimentary access to the fitness center.
