Conference Policies - Zero Tolerance Policy
CMUNCE holds all delegates and staff to a high standard of conduct and behavior. The following details such policy. Any questions pertaining to the Zero Tolerance Policy should be directed to our USGs of Public Relations at public.relations@cmunce.org.
CMUNCE has a zero-tolerance policy for debate or crisis arcs surrounding the following topics:
Any explicitly stated or implied discrimination pertaining to the identity of a delegate (including, but not limited to, the race, religion, sexuality, gender-identity of the delegate),
Any explicitly stated or implied discrimination pertaining to the identity of a character (including, but not limited to, the race, religion, sexuality, gender-identity of the character),
Any explicitly stated or implied act of mass violence, including but not limited to genocide and ethnic cleansing,
Any explicitly stated or implied act of suicide,
Any explicitly stated or implied torture of any kind,
Any explicitly stated or implied sexual violence and/or harassment of any kind,
Any use of any slur.
CMUNCE staff will use best judgment practices to allow or not allow debate or crisis arcs surrounding the following topics:
Any use of swear words/crass language,
Any excessive and/or unnecessary discussion of drugs and drug paraphernalia,
Any graphic use of violence and weaponry in general.
